It has been analyzed that shortage of sleep can raise your risk of a heart attack regardless of your age, weight or exercise habits. So, it is recommended to spend more than seven hours in your bed.

Maintaining weight can lower your risk for heart disease. It has been seen from the time that pelvic floor disorders are more common in women who have delivered babies vaginally. However, a recent study found that even women who have never had a vaginal birth are at increased risk for urinary stress incontinence if they’re overweight or obese.

3. Make Perfect Diet

Always swap white bread, rice for healthier whole grain versions. If you much sugary drink like juice then replace it with a tall glass of water. If you get hungry between meals, snack on a handful of almonds, a piece of whole fruit, or carrot sticks dipped in hummus rather than reaching for candy bars or potato chips.

3. Brush Your Teeth With Dry Toothbrush

Before squeezing toothpaste onto your brush, take some time to brush your teeth with a dry toothbrush. It will reduce the risk of bleeding gums by half. Use a dry soft brush to scrub the insides of your top and bottom teeth, then buff the outer surfaces. Then brush normally with toothpaste.

4. Put Away The Salt

Salt is very dangerous for your health because it can lead to high blood pressure. So put the salt away from you and tried to avoid it if possible. You can also try spicing up your food with lemon, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt-free seasoning blend.

5. Keep Away Electronic Devices From You

It has been found that electronic devices like mobile, ear Bluetooth, etc. are very dangerous for your health. Because their radiation is very high it may cause some disease so keep it away from your body.

6. Stretching

Regularly stretching your muscles helps you avoid injuries. Take a few minutes to stretch out before and after you exercise. Stretching right before bed can also help you relieve tension and help you get to sleep. 

These are some tips you have to follow if you want to be healthy and want to live long.
