Want to lose your weight? or Wondering why you’re not losing your weight although you running more and eating less. There are many reasons for that like your diet plan, workout schedule, sleeping time, etc. I have described below some tips to lose weight.

Junk food is one of the reasons for not losing weight. Because junk foods are very oily and salted. Avoid junk foods like chocolate, biscuits, chips, etc.

Another reason for not losing weight is your diet plan. Prepared your diet plan well and eat foods that contain lots of fibre like oats, bread, fruits, beans, rice, peas. These can help you to lose your weight.

If you are sleeping less, it may affect your weight. Because sleeping less does an overall effect on physical activity and metabolism. So, you have to try to get enough good sleep.

If you are drinking beer then avoid it. Because beer contains a large amount of sugar that can shut down fat burning. So, avoid it and use alternatives which contain a small amount of sugar like juice and hard liquor.

Some people think that skipping breakfast helps to lose weight but it not true. Skipping breakfast really won’t help you to lose your weight. If you skip breakfast then you could not get essential nutrients that your body needed. So, eat breakfast every day.

Whenever you feeling hungry, drink plenty of water and juice rather than eating meals and snacks. Always drink low-calorie vegetable juice to hold you over if you get hungry. It helps you more to lose weight.
